What makes TGIM different from other HR consultancies?
TGIM combines Strategic HR, Agile ways of working, Employee Experience Design, and Visual Thinking to help companies lower employee turnover. We make your HR strategy visible, actionable, and impactful so you can retain your talent and strengthen your culture.
Who do you work with?
We work with HR departments, HRBPs, HR Project Managers, responsible HR Directors and Heads of People in mid-sized and large companies across industries. While each industry has its nuances, the employee experience challenges are often surprisingly similar and so are the solutions.
What type of services do you offer?
TGIM offers consulting, workshops, interactive toolkits, concepts, process optimation and custom visualizations. We help you design or redesign onboarding journeys, performance & development rituals, offboarding experiences, and even your overall HR strategy.
Do you use standard templates or create everything from scratch?
We use proven TGIM frameworks that we adapt to your needs, then we customize and brand them using your company’s style, logo, and color palette. It’s tailored, but fast.
What does working with TGIM cost?
We don’t publish fixed prices because every project is different. After a free discovery call to understand your needs, you’ll receive a detailed offer tailored to your goals, timeline, and scope.
What kind of ROI can we expect?
Our projects aim to reduce employee turnover, improve engagement, and create smoother experiences across the employee lifecycle. The return comes in fewer exits, less re-hiring, lower time-to-productivity, and a stronger employer brand.
What is Agile HR and how do you apply it?
Agile HR takes inspiration from the tech industry where speed, iteration, and customer feedback are core. We apply those same principles to HR: working in short cycles, co-creating with employees, and continuously improving. It makes HR more adaptive, responsive, and powerful.
Can you work with our HR systems and tools?
Yes. We’re experienced with major HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP, and Oracle, and also work with smaller tools. If needed, we’ll request access and take time to get familiar with your setup.
Where are you based and do you travel?
TGIM is based in Vienna, Austria. We work remotely with clients across Europe and beyond but we’re also open to travel when it adds value.
How long does a typical project take?
Projects can range from a few weeks (e.g., onboarding redesign) to several months (e.g., full employee journey transformation). We’ll align the timeline with your goals and internal resources.
How do we get started?
It all starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. We’ll explore your goals, challenges, and opportunities and if it’s a fit, we’ll send you a tailored proposal.
What if we’re too busy to implement something new right now?
We get it, HR is stretched. That’s why we design projects that are realistic, collaborative, and aligned with your pace. Our goal isn’t to add more work, but to remove friction from your existing work and create visible progress—even in small steps.
Will this take up a lot of time from our HR team?
Not necessarily. We do the heavy lifting. You’ll be involved in key decisions, but we design around your availability. Plus, we build toolkits and visuals that your team can reuse without reinventing the wheel each time.
What if we’ve already tried improving onboarding (or performance, etc.) and it didn’t work?
That’s common and often it’s not the idea, but the execution or engagement that missed the mark. We bring a fresh lens, tested frameworks, and design-thinking tools that involve your people and lead to better adoption.
What if leadership isn’t fully on board yet?
